What you'll need

Tea leaves: "028 Ryofu" … 4g
Hot water (First infusion): 70°C, 100ml
Hot water (Second infusion): 80°C, 120ml

How to brew

1 / Brew the first infusion

Warm the teacup with hot water (not included in the measured amount). Pour 100ml of 70°C water into a teapot with the tea leaves, let it steep for 1 minute and 20 seconds, then pour into a cup.

2 / Brew the second infusion

Pour 120ml of 80°C water into the teapot, let it steep for 10 seconds, then pour into the cup to finish!

Amidst its refreshing flavor, you can also sense a subtle sweetness reminiscent of chestnuts.
