Damaged Products:
- If you receive a product with obvious damage, you are eligible for a return or refund.

Non-returnable Items:
- Due to the nature of consumable goods, returns are generally not accepted for food and drink items. However, if a consumable item arrives damaged, we offer a refund only.

Unopened Products:
- If the product is in its original, unopened packaging and you are willing to cover the shipping costs, you may return the item. The product must be in the same condition as it was at the time of delivery.

- To process a return or refund, please provide a photo of the product as it arrived, showing any damage.
