Strawberry Shortcake and Fragrant "Yabukita" Single-Origin Roasted Hojicha Recipe

A rare single-origin roasted green tea made exclusively from the fragrant "Yabukita" leaves.

The stems are roasted using far-infrared heat, giving it a refined flavor somewhat reminiscent of black tea. We highly recommend trying it paired with strawberry shortcake. You'll be pleasantly surprised by how well the rich cream and the tartness of the strawberries are gently balanced by this unexpected but perfect match.
