How to Brew
1. Make the Cold Brew
Put the tea leaves and 100ml of water into a cold brew container and steep in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
2. Mix
In a glass, add ice, 10g of melon marinade and syrup, the cold brewed tea from step 1, and sparkling water, then gently stir.
3. Top and Garnish
Pour an additional 5g of melon marinade syrup on top, garnish with melon and dill, and it's ready!
Its strong astringency and robust flavor stand up to the rich sweetness of red bean paste or brown sugar syrup.
