We have fermented 'Sayama Kaori', a tea known for its robust flavor, astringency, and sweet aroma, to create a Japanese black tea.
Its roasted aroma, reminiscent of baked sweet potatoes, pairs wonderfully with the richness of black sugar syrup and fruits like apricot. The refreshing aftertaste leaves no lingering bitterness, resetting the sweetness of red bean paste with every sip. This combination ensures you enjoy every last drop.
