Hot water (First infusion): 90°C 80ml
Hot water (Second infusion): 100°C 100ml

How to Brew
1. Brew the First Infusion
Remove the tea strainer and set it in the cup. Pour 80ml of 90°C hot water into the teapot with the tea leaves, let it steep for 2 minutes, then pour into the cup.
2. Brew the Second Infusion
Pour 100ml of 100°C hot water into the teapot, let it steep for 45 seconds, then add to the cup.
3. Brew the Third Infusion
Pour 80ml of 100°C hot water into the teapot, let it steep for 30 seconds, then add to the cup. Done!
