Tea leaves: '001 Harumoegi'... 4g
Hot water (First infusion)... 70°C 90ml
Hot water (Second infusion)... 70°C 90ml
Rock ice... as needed

How to Brew

1 / Brew the First Infusion

Pour 90ml of 70°C hot water over the tea leaves in a teapot, let it steep for 1 minute and 20 seconds, then pour it into a server filled with rock ice.

2 / Brew the Second Infusion

Pour another 90ml of 70°C hot water into the teapot, steep for 20 seconds, and add it to the server. Stir to cool, then pour into cups to serve-enjoy!
