Tea Meditation While Brewing "062 Gokou"
What You’ll Need
Tea leaves: '062 Gokou'… 4g
Hot water (first infusion)… 60°C, 100ml
Hot water (second infusion)… 70°C, 100ml
How to Brew
1. Brew the First Infusion
Warm your teacup with hot water (not included in the measurements). Remove the strainer, place the tea leaves in the teapot, pour in 100ml of water at 60°C, and let it steep for 2 and a half minutes. Then, slowly pour into the cup and enjoy the first infusion.
2. Brew the Second Infusion
Pour 100ml of water at 70°C into the teapot, let it steep for 20 seconds, and pour the second infusion into your empty cup. Enjoy!
