‘054 Asanoka’ offers a refreshing aroma and a deep, rich flavor. Even when enjoyed slowly, it doesn’t become bitter, so we recommend brewing a generous amount. This time, we paired it with “Tsujigami,” a Kanazawa specialty rice cracker with a light, crisp texture and a hidden fortune inside. Perfect for trying your luck in the New Year or sharing your resolutions with friends.
