The rich and deep flavor of "Sayama Kaori" Japanese black tea, which coexists with the refreshing taste of sencha, pairs well with the decadent sweetness of Mont Blanc.
When enjoying it with Western sweets, it's recommended to extract the first infusion with less water for a stronger flavor. In the still warm autumn, making it as iced tea allows you to enjoy both richness and a refreshing taste.
