What you'll need

・Tea leaves "040 Shizuka 7132" 4g
・Water ... (1st infusion) 80°C 100ml
・Water ... (2nd infusion) 85°C 100ml

Brewing method

1 / Prepare the first infusion

Warm a large cup with hot water. Add the tea leaves to the teapot, pour in 100ml of 80°C water, steep for 1 minute, then pour into the cup.

2 / Prepare the second infusion

Pour 100ml of 85°C water into the teapot, steep for 20 seconds, then add to the first infusion in the cup.

3 / Enjoy with red bean soup

Let it cool while enjoying your red bean soup (about 30 minutes), and it's ready!
