Ingredients

・4g of "049 Asahi" tea leaves
・Water (1st infusion): 120ml at 50°C
・Water (2nd infusion): 100ml at 60°C
・Water (3rd infusion): 100ml at 70°C

Brewing Method

1. First Infusion

Place the tea leaves in the teapot, pour in 120ml of 50°C water, and steep for 2 minutes. Pour into a pre-warmed cup and enjoy.

2. Second Infusion

Pour 100ml of 60°C water into the teapot, steep for 20 seconds, then pour into the cup.

3. Third Infusion

Pour 100ml of 70°C water into the teapot, steep for 20 seconds, then add to the second infusion to complete the process.
