This special "Cherry Blossom Sencha" is only available during this season. In the manufacturing process, cherry blossom leaves are added instead of artificial flavoring, so when brewed, a gentle cherry blossom aroma gently wafts up.

Because it uses natural cherry blossoms, it's also recommended for those who don't like flavored teas. The design can, white with cherry blossom-colored foil stamping, is perfect for gifting.

It pairs well with Japanese sweets, of course, but also with simple Western confections like canelés. The aromatic flavor with a hint of burnt bitterness is complemented by the cherry blossom-like fragrance, creating a gentle blend of Eastern and Western flavors in your mouth.

A Floral Tea Party with "Cherry Blossom Sencha"

To bring out the cherry blossom aroma, brew at a slightly higher temperature from the first infusion. After pouring into the cup, first enjoy the fragrance fully before tasting.

<Ingredients>
• Tea leaves "Cherry Blossom Sencha" 4g
• Water (1st infusion) 85°C 120ml
• Water (2nd infusion) 80°C 120ml

<Brewing Method>

【1】Brewing the first infusion

Put the tea leaves in the teapot, pour 120ml of 85°C water, steep for 40 seconds, then pour into the cup. Enjoy the rising cherry blossom aroma before tasting the tea.

【2】Brewing the second infusion

For the second infusion, pour 120ml of 80°C water, steep for 10 seconds, then pour into the cup, and it's ready!

After inhaling the cherry blossom aroma that rises while brewing the first infusion, you'll feel like it's spring already. You can enjoy the real cherry blossom scent thanks to "coumarin," a compound found in cherry blossom leaves that reminds one of sakura mochi.

"Cherry Blossom Sencha" is available only until March. Please enjoy this seasonal fragrance and taste in a cherry blossom viewing mood.
