"045 Okumidori Kirishima": A Perfect Companion for the Delicate Bitterness of Wild Mountain Greens

To complement the slightly bitter taste of mountain vegetable tempura like butterbur sprouts and angelica tree shoots, we've paired it with "045 Okumidori Kirishima", a tea with a vibrant aroma that evokes the season.

The combination of crispy, freshly fried tempura seasoned with salt and the tea, brewed at a low temperature then rapidly cooled to bring out its umami and sweetness, creates an elegant yet irresistibly delicious pairing.
