Take a Stroll with "Sakura Sencha": A Perfect Recipe for Outings

The "Sakura Sencha", made by adding cherry blossom leaves during the hand-kneading process, is a perennial favorite flavor. It releases a sweet and refreshing aroma, and with the first sip, a gentle umami spreads across your palate. As time passes, a subtle astringency emerges, but its crisp and clean finish makes it an ideal companion for slightly longer walks. Enjoy an early taste of spring through this delightful tea.

Brewing Instructions

2. Second Infusion

Add 90ml of 80°C water to the teapot, steep for 20 seconds, then add to the first infusion.

3. Third Infusion

Pour 70ml of 85°C water into the teapot, steep for 20 seconds, then add to the second infusion to complete the brew!
