What You'll Need

・ 3g of "Smoky Hojicha" tea leaves
・ Water for 1st infusion: 120ml at 100°C
・ Water for 2nd infusion: 120ml at 100°C
・ Water for 3rd infusion: 120ml at 100°C

Brewing Instructions

1. First Infusion

Warm the tea pitcher and cups (water not included in measurements). Place the tea leaves in the teapot, pour in 120ml of 100°C water, and steep for 30 seconds before pouring into the tea pitcher.

2. Second Infusion

Add 120ml of 100°C water to the teapot, steep for 30 seconds, then add to the first infusion.

3. Third Infusion

Pour 120ml of 100°C water into the teapot, steep for 45 seconds, then add to the second infusion. Pour into tea cups to serve!

The smoked hojicha pairs exceptionally well with buttery sweets and cherry blossom-flavored treats with a hint of salt!
