Recipe: Savoring "043 Yamato Midori" with the First Bonito of the Season

Pair the light and lean first-catch bonito with the robust aroma of "043 Yamato Midori". Even when brewed at high temperatures, this tea maintains its umami and flavor, complementing the wild taste of the fish's dark meat perfectly.

While the taste is full-bodied, it finishes with a surprisingly clean palate. This tea invites you to reminisce about the Yamato region while savoring each sip.
