・ Tea leaves: "046 Okuyutaka Kirishima" 4g
・ Water (1st infusion) 70°C 120ml
・ Water (2nd infusion) 80°C 120ml
・ Water (3rd infusion) 90°C 80ml
※ If using a stainless steel thermos bottle, pre-warm it with hot water.

Brewing Method

1 / First Infusion

Add the tea leaves to the teapot, pour in 120ml of 80°C water, steep for 10 seconds, then pour.

2 / Second Infusion

Pour 120ml of 80°C water into the teapot, steep for 10 seconds, then add to the first infusion.

3 / Third Infusion

Pour 80ml of 90°C water into the teapot, steep for 30 seconds, then add to the first infusion to complete the brew.
