A Recipe for "044 Uji Midori": Perfect for Early Mornings on Chilly Days

On a chilly morning when you've risen early, make "044 Uji Midori" your first cup of the day. Among gyokuro teas, this one is particularly easy to drink. Its sweetness and umami gently spread in your mouth, slowly permeating your just-awakened body. While the first infusion has a mild flavor, the second and third infusions offer a clear taste with an elegant aroma and a crisp astringency. As you continue drinking, you'll find yourself naturally becoming more alert.
