What you'll need
・"028 Ryofu" tea leaves 4g
・Water ... (1st infusion) 75°C 90ml
・Water ... (2nd infusion) 85°C 80ml
Brewing method
1 / Prepare the first infusion
Warm the cup with hot water (not included in the measurements). Add the tea leaves to the teapot, pour in 90ml of 75°C water, steep for 1 minute and 20 seconds, then pour into the cup.
2 / Prepare the second infusion
Pour 80ml of 85°C water into the teapot and steep for 20 seconds. Add this to the first infusion, and it's ready!
