What you'll need

・"Benifuuki Oolong Tea" leaves 3g
・Water ... (1st infusion) 90°C 100ml
・Water ... (2nd infusion) 100°C 100ml

Brewing method

1 / Prepare the first infusion

Warm the cup with hot water. Add the tea leaves to the teapot without the strainer, pour in 100ml of 90°C water, steep for 2 minutes, then pour into the cup using the strainer.

2 / Prepare the second infusion

Pour 100ml of 100°C water into the teapot, steep for 30 seconds, then add to the first infusion, and it's ready!
