What you'll need

・"Jasmine Tea" leaves 4g
・Room temperature water ... (1st infusion) 110ml
・Hot water ... (2nd infusion) 90°C 100ml

Brewing method

1 / Prepare the first infusion

Add the tea leaves to a teapot, pour in 110ml of water, and refrigerate for one hour. Then pour into a glass and enjoy.

2 / Prepare the second infusion

Warm the cup for the second infusion with hot water. Pour 100ml of 90°C water into the teapot and steep for 30 seconds. Pour into the cup, and it's ready!
