What You'll Need

・ 4g of "Juniper Berry Tea" leaves
・ Water for first infusion: 90ml at 80°C (176°F)
・ Water for second infusion: 120ml at 85°C (185°F)

Brewing Instructions

1 / First Infusion

Warm the teacup with hot water (not included in the measurements). Add the tea leaves to the teapot and pour in 90ml of water at 80°C (176°F). Let it steep for 1 minute and 20 seconds, then pour into the cup to enjoy the umami of the sencha.

2 / Second Infusion

For the second infusion, pour 120ml of water at 85°C (185°F) into the teapot. Let it steep for 20 seconds, then pour into the cup to complete the brewing process.
