While there are many ways to relax, spending time in a hot spring offers top-tier healing. Why not enjoy a hot spring in the cold season as a way to treat yourself? After your bath, extend your relaxation with a cup of tea!
After soaking in a hot spring, your body feels warm and cozy. Many people might think of milk or beer as the perfect "post-bath drink". However, green tea is actually a great option too.
For a body that needs both hydration and vitamin C replenishment, try the refreshing iced "016 Musashi Kaori" with its crisp, bark-like aroma. The cooling sensation along with a relaxed mood might help you feel "balanced" through the combination of hot spring and tea. Remember to hydrate before bathing too - don't forget to drink a glass of water before entering the bath.
