Herb and Tea Mocktail Recipe: A Sweet and Bittersweet Valentine with "009 Okuhikari"

A Sweet and Bittersweet Valentine with "009 Okuhikari"

This mocktail has a top note of refreshing "009 Okuhikari" with a hint of sweetness. Pairing it with chocolate confectionery, which has both acidity and bitterness, further enhances the deliciousness.



<Ingredients>
A

・Tea leaves "009 Okuhikari" 4g
・Mint 4 leaves
・Rosemary a few sprigs
・Cardamom 1 pod (optional)
・Sugar 5 teaspoons

Other

・Carbonated water 60ml
・Ice cubes about 3
・Lime 1/8 of a whole
・Rosemary (for garnish)




<How to Make the Mocktail>

【1】Mix all ingredients A to make a syrup

Put all ingredients A in a bottle and refrigerate for 30 minutes.



【2】Make the mocktail

Put about 3 ice cubes in a glass, add 20g of syrup from step 1 and carbonated water.



【3】Add toppings and it's ready!

Squeeze a few drops of lime and top with rosemary to finish!
