Ingredients
・"Strawberry Tea" leaves: 4g
・For the first infusion: 100ml of water at 80°C
・For the second infusion: 90ml of water at 90°C
Brewing Instructions
1. First Infusion
Add the tea leaves to the teapot, pour in 100ml of 80°C water, and let it steep for 60 seconds before pouring into a cup.
2. Second Infusion
For the second infusion, pour 90ml of 90°C water into the teapot, let it steep for 10 seconds, then pour into a cup. Your tea is now ready!
