We recommend pairing it with teriyaki made from seasonal yellowtail. The umami and sweetness of the yellowtail, with a slight bitterness from the caramelized soy sauce. When combined with the rich umami of Saemidori, reminiscent of nori seaweed, it transforms into a deep and complex flavor.
