Spring Recipe: Hearty "066 Asanoka" with Shirasu Rice Bowl

A bowl of shirasu (whitebait) rice topped with nori seaweed and green onions, accentuated by a subtle saltiness.

This dish, with its ocean aroma, pairs perfectly with “066 Asanoka,” a tea that offers a pleasant astringency and bitterness. To bring out its rich, savory flavor, we recommend using less water and brewing at a lower temperature. For your second and third cups, combine the second and third infusions for a refreshing taste experience.
