Spring Vegetable Quiche with "Sakura Sencha" for a Seasonal Recipe

"Sakura Sencha" is a flavored tea made by adding cherry leaves during the tea leaf rolling process. Enjoy the natural aroma of cherry blossoms-a delightful way to experience the season.

While it's commonly paired with sweets, we also recommend enjoying it with spring vegetables that have a slight bitterness or freshness. Savor it alongside a quiche made with asparagus or other spring vegetables, and you'll notice the gentle cherry aroma blooming after the smooth taste.
