"055 Tsuyuhikari Takeo" is a tea known for its elegant aroma and savory umami reminiscent of nori seaweed. It pairs especially well with sweet and tart fruits, so this time we enjoyed it with a strawberry tart loaded with fresh strawberries.
The first infusion offers a rich, full-bodied umami, while the second and third infusions bring out a clean and refreshing taste.
Be sure to notice the differences in flavor and color with each infusion!
