Hot water (First brew): 65°C, 120ml
Hot water (Second brew): 75°C, 100ml

How to Brew

1 / Brew the First Infusion

Pre-warm your teacup with hot water (not included in the measurements). Add the tea leaves to a teapot, pour in 120ml of 65°C hot water, let it steep for 1 minute and 45 seconds, then pour into your cup.

2 / Brew the Second Infusion

Pour 100ml of 75°C hot water into the teapot, let it steep for 20 seconds, then add to your cup. Enjoy!
