Tea leaves: 016 Musashikaori … 4g
Hot water (first brew) … 80°C, 100ml
Hot water (second brew) … 80°C, 120ml

How to Brew

1 / Brew the First Infusion

Pre-warm your teacup with hot water (not included in the measurements). Add the tea leaves to a teapot, pour in 100ml of water at 80°C, steep for 50 seconds, then pour into the cup.

2 / Brew the Second Infusion

Pour 120ml of water at 80°C into the teapot, steep for 10 seconds, then pour into the cup to finish!
