Spring Recipe: Savor Fresh Greenery with Mugwort Mochi and "038 Yama no Ibuki"

As its name suggests, "038 Mountain Breath" offers a robust, mountain-like umami combined with a refreshing green flavor.

By brewing it at a low temperature to slowly bring out the umami and sweetness, you'll enjoy a cup that gently soothes the senses. Pairing its vivid fresh green color with the rustic sweetness of red bean paste in yomogi mochi creates a snack time that lets you savor an early taste of spring.
