Tea leaves: Japanese Black Tea Shizukaori … 4g
Hot water (first infusion): 100°C, 120ml
Hot water (second infusion): 100°C, 100ml

How to Brew

1 / Brew the First Infusion

Pre-warm your teacup with hot water (not included in the measurements). Add the tea leaves to a teapot, pour in 120ml of 100°C hot water, steep for 3 minutes, then pour into the cup.

2 / Brew the Second Infusion

Pour 100ml of 100°C hot water into the teapot, steep for 30 seconds, then add it to the first infusion. Enjoy!
