Hot water (first infusion) … 70°C, 90ml
Hot water (second infusion) … 80°C, 100ml

How to Brew

1 / Brew the First Infusion

Warm your teacup with hot water (not included in the measured amount). Pour 90ml of 70°C water into a teapot with the tea leaves, let it steep for 1 minute and 30 seconds, then pour into your cup.

2 / Brew the Second Infusion

Pour 100ml of 80°C water into the teapot, let it steep for 10 seconds, then pour into your cup. Enjoy!
