A well-balanced gyokuro crafted from tea leaves with umami and sweetness reminiscent of matcha:
『061 Tenmyo』.
While gyokuro is typically brewed at low temperatures to bring out its umami, brewing it at a higher temperature results in a refreshing taste.
When paired with rich, sweet chestnut-steamed yokan, the tea's fresh aroma is further enhanced. Enjoy this luxurious tea moment that evokes the feeling of autumn.
