Fragrant "006 Yutaka Midori Chiran" with Chestnut Dorayaki

The "006 Yutaka Midori Chiran", known for its sweetness and roasted aroma, pairs exceptionally well with the flavor of toasted wheat.

For the first infusion, enjoy the tea on its own to savor its sweetness and umami. For the second and third infusions, we recommend pairing it with chestnut dorayaki to experience the harmony of flavors.

By brewing at a low temperature to bring out the sweetness and umami, you can fully enjoy the deliciousness of the tea through the third infusion.
