Water... (First infusion) 70°C 100ml
Water... (Second infusion) 80°C 100ml
Brewing Method
1 / Prepare the First Infusion
Warm the tea vessel with hot water (not included in the measurements). Add the tea leaves to the teapot, pour in 100ml of 70°C water, and let it steep for 1 minute before pouring into the vessel.
2 / Prepare the Second Infusion
Pour 100ml of 80°C water into the teapot, let it steep for 10 seconds, then add it to the vessel. Your tea is now ready!
