Refreshing Fruit Tea with "060 Yabukita Niyodogawa"
Ingredients
・ "060 Yabukita Niyodogawa" tea leaves: 4g
・ Hot water (1st infusion): 80°C, 70ml
・ Hot water (2nd infusion): 90°C, 80ml
・ Ice cubes A: 50g
・ Sugar: 50g
・ Carbonated water: 60ml
・ Black pepper: to taste

・ Sweet basil: as needed
・ Syrup made in step 1
・ Pineapple: 60g
Preparation
1. First Infusion
Add tea leaves to the teapot, pour in 70ml of 80°C water, and steep for 1 minute and 20 seconds. Then, pour into a server containing 50g of sugar and let it cool.
2. Second Infusion
Pour 80ml of 90°C water into the teapot, steep for 30 seconds, then pour over ice cubes A in a server and stir.
3. Serving
Divide mixture A and the tea from step 2 between two glasses. Add carbonated water, sprinkle with black pepper, and enjoy!
