The "059 Kamairi Kanayamidori" tea brings out a grain-like sweetness and roasted aroma through the pan-firing process, in addition to the elegant fragrance and bitterness characteristic of the variety.
Brew it at a high temperature to intentionally accentuate the bitterness, then rapidly cool it to create a perfect summer drink with a balance of sweetness and bitterness. It pairs exceptionally well with sweet corn that has a hint of savory, slightly burnt soy sauce aroma.
