The "New Tea Mountain Breath" from Shizuoka delivers a powerful umami flavor reminiscent of dashi broth at first sip, yet surprisingly refreshing in the aftertaste. It pairs well with meals, making it perfect to enjoy with summer's quintessential delicacy - grilled eel.
We recommend savoring the rich first infusion before the meal, and enjoying the lighter second and third infusions alongside the eel.
