What You'll Need
・Tea leaves: "035 Sakimidori Sonogi" 4g
・Water (1st infusion): 60°C, 100ml
・Water (2nd infusion): 70°C, 100ml
Brewing Method
1. First Infusion
Pour 100ml of 60°C water into the teapot with the tea leaves. Steep for 1 minute and 30 seconds, then pour into a cup or pitcher.
2. Second Infusion
Pour 100ml of 70°C water into the teapot. Steep for 20 seconds, then add to the first infusion to complete the brew.
