Refreshing Cold Brew Recipe with "039 Sakimidori Izumo"

"039 Sakimidori Izumo" is a tea that invites you to savor the rich, fresh aroma of its leaves from the moment you open the package.

The first sip surprises with its intense umami flavor. The glutamic acid in the tea leaves is distinctly perceptible even when served cold. As you drink, it permeates your body, energizing you with its powerful taste.

It pairs well with Japanese sweets like water yokan, and complements the umami of ingredients rich in inosinic acid, such as bonito flakes. This versatile tea is perfect for snack time or as an accompaniment to meals.
