A luxurious blend tea with an abundance of jasmine flowers. When thoroughly chilled with ice, its aroma, taste, and color are all refreshing. It's a recipe you'll want to gulp down on hot days.
What You'll Need
・4g of Jasmine Tea leaves
・120ml of 80°C water (for the first infusion)
・80ml of 80°C water (for the second infusion)
・An appropriate amount of ice cubes
Brewing Method
1 / Brew the First Infusion
Pour 120ml of 80°C water over the tea leaves in the teapot. After steeping for 20 seconds, pour it into a server filled with ice cubes.
2 / Brew the Second Infusion
Pour 80ml of 80°C water into the teapot. After steeping for 40 seconds, add it to the server.
3 / Mix Well and Chill
Stir thoroughly to chill, then pour into a bottle and it's ready!
TEA NOTES
The sencha blended with jasmine flowers is "Kanayamidori," which has a subtle milk-like aroma. It's delightful whether enjoyed chilled or savored hot to fully appreciate the rising aroma.
With no artificial flavors and only natural ingredients, this tea is recommended even for those who don't usually drink blended teas.
