<Ingredients>

・4g of "005 Okumidori" tea leaves
・Boiling water
・Two vessels

<Brewing Method>

【1】Pour hot water from transparent teapot into two vessels

Fill the transparent teapot with boiling water to just below the step. After a brief pause, pour the water into the two vessels.

【2】Add tea leaves to the teapot and return the water

Place the tea strainer and tea leaves in the transparent teapot, then return the slightly cooled hot water to the teapot.

【3】Pour into vessels once the tea leaves have opened

Wait about 30 seconds until the tea leaves are about 40% open, then pour alternately into the two vessels. Add more hot water to the teapot and immediately pour it into the two vessels to finish.
