A Refreshing Weekend Morning Recipe with "017 Fujieda Kaori"

In the morning, set up tea leaves and ice water in a clear teapot. By the time you've washed your face and prepared breakfast, your sparkling green tea will be ready! The moisture and gentle stimulation are perfect for your parched body upon waking, signaling the start of a pleasant morning. The cool sensation from the surface of the vessel is part of the dining experience. Enjoy a refreshing breakfast with your favorite tableware.

Ingredients

・ Tea leaves "017 Fujieda Kaori" 4g
・ Water 30ml
・ Carbonated water (unsweetened) 100ml
・ Ice cubes about 50g
・ Lime (optional)

Brewing Instructions

1. Add ice cubes and water, let sit for 20 minutes

Put the tea leaves in the teapot and place ice cubes on top. Pour 30ml of cold water and let it sit at room temperature for 20 minutes. Pour into your favorite smooth-textured tumbler.

2. Add carbonated water to the teapot

Pour 100ml of carbonated water over the tea leaves with ice. You'll be surprised to see the tea leaves puff up. It will fill the pot to the brim. After one minute, add this to the tumbler to complete the drink!

3. Squeeze lime

After finishing your drink, add carbonated water to the tea leaves again and wait for one minute. You can enjoy an additional cup. Add lime to taste for extra freshness. You'll rediscover tea thinking, "Can tea really taste like this!?"
