Don't you feel more sensitive to various things when drinking tea in nature?
The swaying leaves of trees, the gentle breeze on your cheeks, the grass and trees surrounding the shyly blooming flowers. We realize that the time to focus on the cup in front of us is exactly what we need now.
This time, we'd like to introduce a flash-chilled tea recipe that we hope you'll enjoy in a green, natural setting. (Of course, it's delicious to enjoy at home as well.)
The aroma of "Yabukita," a representative Japanese tea variety, is likely familiar to Japanese people, even if they're not consciously aware of it. "004 Yabukita Yame" is a proud product made at Yame Midorien in Yame, a famous tea-producing area in Fukuoka Prefecture. Please enjoy not only the taste but also the aroma that rises during brewing.
