Milky "052 Saeakari" Recipe to Pair with Rich Cheesecake

"052 Saeakari" is distinguished by the unique roasted aroma characteristic of pan-fired tea. It offers a refreshing taste with a rich body, making it enjoyable even when paired with strongly flavored foods.

We recommend enjoying it with Basque cheesecake, known for its rich cheese flavor. The depth of the sencha enhances the milky notes of the cheese, while its clean finish refreshes your palate, making every bite as delicious as the first.
