Autumn Recipe: Hearty Pumpkin Pie with "036 Minami Kaori"

The rich sweetness and gentle mouthfeel of '036 Minami Kaori' pairs exceptionally well with other robust flavors. This time, I chose a simple yet deeply sweet pumpkin pie with a hint of buttery aroma as a tea companion.

For the first infusion, brewing at a low temperature creates a mellow taste, while the second infusion brings out a touch of bitterness for a refreshing finish.
