Tea leaves "Juniper Berry Tea 'Juniper Berry' × 'Musashi Kaori'"... 4g
Hot water... (First infusion) 70°C 100ml
Hot water... (Second infusion) 80°C 100ml

Brewing Method

1 / Prepare the First Infusion

Warm the teacup with hot water (not included in the measurements). Add the tea leaves to the teapot, pour in 100ml of 70°C water, steep for 1 minute and 20 seconds, then pour into the cup.

2 / Prepare the Second Infusion

Pour 100ml of 80°C water into the teapot, steep for 20 seconds, then add it to the cup. Enjoy!
